"I’m giving two stars because I have had positive experiences with State Farm as a company for over 7 years. However, I am highly disappointed with the service I received from this office, ultimately leading me to switch to a different insurance company all together. I have had my auto and renters policy through State Farm since I moved to TX, however, when I moved to a new apartment, they did not attach my renter’s policy to my auto pay (already set up on my account), so the policy lapsed. No one called or emailed me to let me know. I found out several months later once I contacted the office about my policy. In my opinion, my communication with Jennifer was subpar. She was non-apologetic, quite passive aggressive, and rude in her emails to me. I was a loyal State Farm customer and this office lost my loyalty."
